1. How do I book a jumping castle?
• You can book online 24/7 or call and request a call back for one of our team members to call back, website pricing is for customers who book in online only, pricing is higher for our teams to hop on the website and do for you.
2. What areas do you deliver to?
• We deliver everywhere from Gatton to Gympie to Northern NSW and all areas in between so all of the Gold Coast, Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Logan, Bayside and the Sunshine Coast, we also have a team on the Central Coast NSW Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area however this will show online when booking before proceeding
Commercial bookings over $5000 weeks can do Australia wide and can quote accordingly
3. How much does it cost to hire a jumping castle?
• Prices vary depending on the size and duration of the rental. All pricing is online for the 4 hours and then once on the booking form you can select extra hours or overnight and it will show you the total price before proceeding
4. How long is the hire period?
• Our standard hire period is 4 hours chosen by the customer online between the hours of 8am-4pm, after 4pm you would need to pay for overnight as our teams start at 4am so their 4pm pick ups already have them finishing the day at 7pm
Overnight bookings will automatically add on the full day surcharge as we do not do 4 hour bookings with overnight only full day.
5. Do you set up the jumping castle?
• Yes, our team will handle delivery, setup, and pack-down at no extra charge. This is a legal requirement, DIY set up or pack down is not permitted
6. Do I need to provide power for the castle?
• Yes, a standard power outlet is required within 30 meters of the set up area, We can supply a generator if needed (extra charges apply and details online)
7. What surfaces can the castle be set up on?
• We can set up on grass or indoor spaces. Please inform us of the surface type when booking.
Legally set ups outdoor on hard surfaces are not allowed as we need to use engineered tie downs for set up
8. What happens if it rains?
• Light- Medium rain is usually fine, but in extreme heavy rain or strong winds, we may need to reschedule for safety reasons. Standard cancellation terms apply
9. What are the safety rules?
• No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects on the castle. Adult supervision is required at all times.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
• Cancellations made 48 hours in advance receive a full credit only
We are strict with our no refund policy (you sign off these terms and conditions online when booking) Last-minute cancellations will forfeit all money with no change to use any credits if notifying for any reason under 48hours
11. Can you come and check my area before I book?
• pending location we can send a staff member out on site, we have a minimum call out fee of $180 to do so otherwise we recommend getting a tape measure and texting through the size space you have for recommendations

12. Do you have insurance?
• Yes, we have public liability insurance. Please contact us for details by texting your email address to 0408408325 so we can email a copy through
13. Can adults use the jumping castle?
• yes all of our castles are designed for adults
14. Do you provide attendants?
• Yes, we offer trained attendants for an additional fee if supervision is required, this can be added on the booking form online
15. Can the jumping castle be used indoors?
• Yes, as long as the venue has enough space and clearance for the castle.
16 . How do I pay / I need an invoice deposit payments can be made online when booking via credit card or PayPal, if an invoice is needed instead with bank details please write in the booking notes online “invoice needed” and click off when it takes you to the payment section and the booking will still come through
17 Can i use a hose to wet my castle?
YES you can. At Super Castles you can wet any of our inflatables at no extra charge, but please have the castle dry for pickup..turn off the water approx 1hr prior to pickup time AND always have inflated for pick up time so the team can check over the castle before pack down.
Waterslides require the customer to have a hose ready for set up
18 What happens if I'm having a party in a park with a jumping castle?
Some councils need you to apply to the Council for a permit to have a party in the park especially busy parks where they will secure an area for you, Other things to consider are if there is access to electricity in the park. If not, we can supply a generator to power the amusement (at a cost).
19 My suburb isn’t showing in the drop down list when I’m trying to book
If your suburb isn’t showing but one within 10kms is, just select that one and in the booking notes write your correct suburb
20 What time will you arrive and how long do you need for set up?
Majority of our inflatables take 30 mins for set up, some smaller ones can be 15-20 mins and some larger ones up to 45mins so if your party is for a standard castle for 12pm for example we will arrive no later than 11.30am for set up
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
No refunds will given for any payments made only credits for another date if we have at least 48 hours notice from you of cancelation, staff are paid to load vehicles the morning prior to the booking date, hence if we are not given 48hrs notice of cancellation there are no credits as we have already then had to pay staff and can now not use that inflatable for another customer so we loose money
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location or cancel for any reason.
What happens if I'm having a party in a park with a jumping castle?

Does Super Castles have insurance? Can I get a copy?
Yes, Super Castles is fully insured with an Australian Authorised Insurer. The policy is for $20,000,000 public liability. A copy of the certificate of insurance can be provided on request.
What happens to our Jumping Castle booking if it rains?
Some of our jumping castles are fitted with shower covers so intermittent showers are not a problem. If the rain is heavy and persistent and looks as though it may cause risk to the children's safety, we will call you on the day of your hire. If the weather is bad at your place, please ring us ASAP.

What does the price of a hire include?
Basic prices without supervision include delivery, installation and pick up of the equipment. The set up of the inflatable equipment is always completed prior to the booking time commencing.
Water slides requirements
The water for the water slides and you will need to provide your own hose & tap. Some water slides require vehicle access.
